Mimi has worked in the areas of public relations and communications for more than 25 years, including 10 years as the Executive Director of the Anguilla Hotel and Tourism Association, where she was twice awarded the Caribbean Hotel Association’s Executive of the Year Award.

Sheldon is a dedicated manager with over 13 years working experience in Anguilla’s hospitality industry. As the Senior Butler at Altamer Resort for over 6 years and a past Villa Manager at Cap Juluca, Sheldon understands the demands and expectations of Anguilla’s sophisticated clientele and is uniquely qualified in operations management, event coordination, staffing, human resource development and cost control.

Marva Thompson has been a Fellow of the Institute of Certified Chartered Accountants for the past 25 years. Marva held the positions of Secretary and Financial Controller of the BVI Electricity Corporation and later with The Anguilla Electricity Corporation for a number of years. In addition she was the Financial Controller of Peter Island Yacht Club, a luxury hotel on Peter Island in the British Virgin Islands. Since 1993 she has simultaneously managed her own businesses, Audain & Associates; Caribbean Insurers (Anguilla) Limited; and M & R Corporate Services Limited. In 2003, Marva added the title of owner/manager of Eden House Villa, located in Little Harbour, to her portfolio along with husband Fred Thompson.
